Overlook is designed to infuse human energy throughout Cumming City Center’s existing mixed-use environment. Spanning 95 acres, Cumming City Center prioritizes an authentic, Main Street Americana feel, featuring shops, restaurants, greenspace, walking trails, an amphitheater for events and a new municipal building.
Overlook will feature a thoughtfully curated amenity package designed to support daily living and social connection. Amenities will include a resort-style pool, fitness center, courtyard and social courtyard spaces, a sky lounge, micro-offices and a dog park. The first units are expected to deliver in fall 2027.
