As Vice President of Multifamily, David leads the development and execution of residential communities across Toro Development Company’s portfolio, overseeing all phases from inception through completion.
With more than 35 years of multifamily development and construction experience, he brings extensive expertise in delivering high-quality residential environments. Prior to joining TDC, he served as Vice President of Multifamily Construction and Development for North American Properties’ Atlanta office, overseeing projects across the Southeast. He began his career with Post Properties and has also held leadership roles with Summit Properties, Camden Properties and Davis Development.
Over the course of his career, David has contributed to the development of more than 10,000 multifamily units across multiple states. He earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Louisville.
