As Vice President of Finance at Toro Development Company, Elizabeth oversees the financial strategy and operational infrastructure that support the firm’s growing portfolio of mixed-use developments. She leads corporate and development accounting, budgeting, reporting and administrative functions, ensuring disciplined execution across all projects while maintaining alignment between development partners, investors and lenders.
Prior to joining TDC, she served as Vice President of Finance and Administration at AMS Hospitality, where she oversaw corporate operations hotel development accounting and asset management. Her earlier experience includes several roles at RELX Group, where she led global initiatives in real estate and procurement, including the implementation of the IFRS 16 lease accounting standard. She began her career in assurance services at EY.
Elizabeth is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University.
