As Partner of Multifamily Development, Gray leads the sourcing and execution of residential opportunities across high-growth markets, guiding projects from site selection through delivery. With a hands-on approach and a passion for placemaking, he creates thoughtfully designed communities that elevate the everyday living experience.
Prior to joining TDC, he served as Vice President of Development at Prestwick Companies, where he led the execution of multifamily projects across the Southeast. During his tenure, he managed all phases of development, from underwriting and entitlements through construction, helping deliver high-quality residential communities in key growth markets.
Gray earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
