As Vice President of Commercial, Justin leads design and construction oversight for Toro Development Company’s mixed-use projects, ensuring seamless execution from preconstruction through delivery.
With more than 20 years of experience in commercial development and contracting, he brings deep expertise in project delivery and execution strategy. Prior to joining TDC, he held development roles with Crescent Communities and Seefried Industrial Properties. He previously served as Vice President of Development at North American Properties’ Atlanta office, where he played a key role in delivering Avalon. He began his career in project management with VCC, a national general contractor. Across his career, he has managed the development of more than seven million square feet of commercial space.
Justin earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University.
