As Vice President of Community, Paul leads operations across Toro Development Company’s portfolio, ensuring each environment delivers seamless, hospitality-driven experiences. With a legacy of shaping one of the country’s most successful mixed-use communities, he brings a deep commitment to creating vibrant places where people gather, engage and return again and again. At Medley, Paul oversees operations, tenant coordination and programming, ultimately ensuring TDC delivers a dynamic and engaging environment for the community.
Prior to joining the firm, he served as Area General Manager at Jamestown, where he led community activation and operational strategy across mixed-use assets, driving programming that increased visitation, tenant performance and overall engagement. He previously spent nearly a decade with North American Properties, where he played a key role in the success of Avalon, the $1 billion mixed-use destination in Alpharetta. At Avalon, he oversaw daily operations, large-scale events and ongoing activations that enhanced the property’s performance and guest experience.
Paul earned a Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness from Arizona State University.
