As Retail Leasing Consultant, Sheri supports leasing strategy and execution, bringing together best-in-class brands to create dynamic, experience-driven environments. With a background spanning some of the region’s most notable mixed-use destinations, she approaches each opportunity with a focus on authenticity, energy and long-term success.
Previously, she served as Vice President of Retail Leasing at Jamestown, where she supported leasing strategy across high-profile mixed-use destinations. She previously spent more than 15 years with North American Properties, holding multiple leadership roles across leasing and lease administration. During her tenure, she played a key role in shaping retail environments through strategic merchandising, tenant curation and operational oversight.
Sheri earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
