As Project Manager of Multifamily, Thomas supports the delivery of residential projects across Toro Development Company’s portfolio, ensuring quality execution from concept through completion.
Prior to joining TDC, he served as a Development Manager at Novare Group, where he managed a portfolio of more than 1,000 units and supported underwriting, construction management, lease-up strategy, and asset management. He began his career with Turner Construction as a Site Superintendent on government and luxury commercial projects.
Thomas earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA in Finance from the University of Georgia.
