In 2010, Mark Toro and his team led the turnaround of Atlantic Station, a 1.3 million-square-foot mixed-use development in Midtown Atlanta, doubling the asset’s value without laying a single brick. Instead, repositioning efforts focused on refreshing the tenant mix, introducing a five-star hospitality program, adding 24/7 security and launching event programming.
