Working in partnership, Munger and Toro developed the first mixed-use residential community to fully interact with the Atlanta BeltLine, which runs directly through the development. The team assembled five parcels of land to construct the $80 million community that encompasses 350 apartments, resort-style amenities, iconic art installations, including a 90 x 90-foot mural, and 27,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and office space fronting the BeltLine. Today, Edge fetches some of the highest rents in the city.
